Claires Haul

So at my local Claires (right next to MAC) they had a 75% sale, which ofcourse caught my eye! I wondered in and found loads of jewerly for only £1 each - bargin I thought, although I already have more jewerly than Claires ofcourse I needed more ;) perhaps I will make a post on all my jewerly (most long necklaces are hanging off my walls and my earings pinned to a notice board haha!).
Heres what I brought :

a long chain silver bird necklace with pink feather.

Well I love birds and I love feathers, so it seemed only natural to by this hehe...There was matching earings to this i was umming and awwing about them and i decided they were too heavy for my lobes and so didn't by them.

Small gold chained necklace with a dimate ball and star.

I don't really own and dainty necklaces and I saw this and thought it was pretty and so I got it :)

Black feather earrings.

I already have a collection of feather earings...so why not add more to it haha

Long silver chained bird necklace with a blue cyrstal bead.

Again bird themed... I couldn't resist :P

Black and silver charm bracelet.

This is my favouirte of all the items i've brought and it was the only one left!

Cream leather and gold purse.

Well, i've been wanting a new purse for a while, because the one I have no doesn't have a card holder which was annoying and so I got this one! Don't you find it weird that you have to pay with money for something you put money in?

All this cost only £10 - bargin eh?

Depoting the new MAC quads

Who thought that depoting would be so easy? After watching many videos on this involing lighters and god knows what else, I thought - surely there is an easier way? And My earrings lay next to my quad with all the other junk on my bed and then the idea struck me...and it worked- Yay!

MAC Haul

So today I brought:

MAC Quad Palette L-R : Shale, Smut, Satin Taupe, Patina
I was umming and awwing about what brown shade colour to buy and I saw smut and fell in love. Then came the problem of a highlight colour (which clearly I didn't buy! ) I couldn't decided which one to pick I looked at them all (apart from vanilla they didn't have that) and none of them stood out to me...then I saw the purple-ness of Shale and well...fell in love...and the rest is history haha. I think that all these shades are beautiful and match eachother really well!
MAC Paint pot - Bare Study
No explanation really I just wanted this hehe.
MAC Fix +
WOW! Fix + is amazing, I asked the artist about it after hearing a lot on it and she said it's amazing and would be great for my skin. You see I have really, really really dry skin and my foundation always looks powdery and ughhh..but this WOW my face actually looks amazing it glows like skin should..I totally love this and will re-purchase!
MAC 217 Blending Brush
Now I didn't plan to buy this brush but It was £5 off today and well I have wanted this brush for sometime so while I was paying for my goods I asked the MAC artist about the brush and she said it was the best one and being a sucker for their sales techniques I brought it - then used it - and I must say it's a great brush to have!
Also today at my counter in Debenhams they had £5 off when you spend over £40 - Yay!

MAC Quite Cute Spring Collection 2011

Soon it will be April and that time again when we can get our hands on a new MAC collection.

This year it's all about the pale pastal colours, which I really love, well saying that I love all colours hehe! I like this collection and I am saving up to buy things from it. But like usual I will have to go to the counter and try them before I buy them. Although...I have been looking for a pale pink lipgloss now for a while, but with no luck in finding one. So I might buy the pale pink one (Girl ? Boy) from this collection  (but then there's the whole problem of liking it and trying to find it once it's gone). And Knowing me, I'll probably buy all the nail lacquers...as i love pale nail colours (espically pale purple - I had an awesome one I got from a market stall ages ago but now Its gone dry :( )
As for the pallete....hmmm I'm not sure about that I would have to see it in person before I buy it...

    Hot Gossip!?!?

I have some 'Hot Gossip' for you... I brought MAC lipstick in Hot Gossip (Cremesheen).

I've wanted this for a while now; since it's becoming more into the spring and summer time I wanted a nice pink colour...

    nails of the week

So I wear a lot of different nail varnish...a new colour each week infact, so I thought why not do a 'nails of the week blog' so here it is...

Boots - No.17 Lasting Fix Nail Polish in Mint Choc Chip

I love this colour, it's such a pretty pale light blue.

    Review: Jergens Naturals

So, I recently brought Jergans naturals ultra hydrating body mosituriser with Jojoba oil which retails here for £4.99 for 200ml, which isn't bad.  However I'm not sure if you can buy this product internationaly I think it's a UK brand but the website is here - www.jergens.co.uk (I brought mine from lloyds pharmacy.)

This product claims to 'double skin's hydration instantly' and I think that this product actually does what it says! I have very very dry skin and I find that some moisturisers just don't work but this one does.
It has a creamy texture, is very easy to apply and the skin absorbes it quickly - so you're not standing arround for hours on end waiting for it to dry! plus It doesn't really smell of anything which I think is a bonus as some mosituriser are really strongly perfumed. As I said before this prouct contains Jojoba oil which this product says it's 'known to keep skin soft supple and healthy looking.' Now, I don't know a lot about this oil...but...I think that it maybe the reason why this mosituriser is so good.

After using this product for just over a week now I can honestly say that it has made a real difference my skin feels a lot softer and less dry, I will continue to use this product and will definatly re-purchase it, again and again I might try another one from there wide range and review that another time!
